Indiana Midwife Charged with Practice of Medicine

This article is on the case in Indiana where a certified professional midwife was charged as practicing medicine. The laws in IN are quite clear (nurses only), whereas my state where CPMs are legal only by judicial inference (and that of an old law and court case from '39, so it's somewhat alegal) I don't know all the details of the case yet. Thoughts? Anyone have links to info on the case?
