to Trader Joe's Salted Natural Peanut Butter
Yes, it's natural and with no additives, but those little peanuts pack a lot of fat and throw off my Zone balance. I'm doing the cold turkey thing and then hope to be strong enough to only have it once a week or something. So far I've been natural PB free for 3 days. I'm about as grumpy as G when she went off caffine...wait no THAT was intense...more like G after about 3 weeks off caffine.
